If you like wordpress like I do, then you will love this template. I finished it this weekend to soup up our hiking website blog. The thing I love about this theme is that the background image looks almost like it's a window. The site is in front of it, like you are in a room or something. Here is my first template for you to download and use for free on your own websites. I call it stone, because the background is a stone texture. The cool thing about free templates for Joomla is that it gives your website instant credibility, because your visitors see a professional image. And you don't have to spend the time creating it. All you have to do is click here and your download will begin: 
This template has a unique look. In fact you are looking at it right now! A couple things I want you to notice are the unique textures as well as the dark stone background. All of the files expect for the background are compressed .PNG files, which are very high quality but not large in size. They also feature the ability to have tranparency.
